Inspired by iconic Taiwanese dishes and street food culture, this series reimagines familiar flavors into distilled expressions using tea, botanicals, and traditional spirit-making techniques. Each bottle captures the memory and character of a dish rather than simply replicating it, creating spirits that feel both nostalgic and unexpected. The result is a collection of tea spirits that celebrates Taiwan's culinary culture through a completely new lens.
